Structure Division Shreem Structure division is engaged in designing of manufacturing galvanized steel structures, began its operation in the year of 2000. Shreem monitors quality throughout the manufacturing process, which, includes : Procurement of raw materials through the post-delivery technical support, continuous inspect ion through out the manufacturing process and,final verification ensure functionality of your finished product. Ouractivitiesarefocusedonthefollowingproducts: Power transmission and distribution towers (From 33 to 400 KV) Substation Structures Lattice Towers Galvanization forthird party.
Design And Process
We have several software packages for structure calculation, which are among themost efficient and widely used in our market. We also have developed in-house software for structure detailing that is frequently being updated to meetourneeds. The qualified staff has the expertise in the specific fields and is permanently trained to the market.

Manufacturing

Shreem's facilities are equipped with specialized
machinery enabling a manufacturing capacity
of 7200 MT per year. Our shop includes control
assembly lines with machines for Cutting,,
Marking and Punching of profiles and plates.

Galvanizing

With in it's facilities, Shreem has a galvanization plant with galvanizing capacity exceeding 15000
MT per year. The plant has 8 mtr long & 1.5 mt wide Zink tank in order to galvanize a wide
variety of structures.Ourquality department hasstrict control overtheZink coating thickness to
guarantee its quality and adherence.
